What are pods?
Our pods are compact yet modern, thoughtfully designed to maximize privacy and comfort. Each pod features cozy bedding, a small closet, a smart TV, lighting controls, and convenient charging ports. Located within a large shared sleeping area, the pods are carefully partitioned to ensure individual privacy. All units come with high-quality memory foam mattresses and premium pillows to guarantee a restful stay.
Our pod-style accommodations combine privacy, comfort, and affordability, with several options to suit different needs:

Small Pod: Ideal for solo travelers, featuring a single mattress, 24" TV, and a personal lockable closet.

Large Pod: Suitable for two guests, offering a double-size mattress, 32" TV, and a secure closet.

Single Pod Room: A private, spacious unit for one guest, equipped with a single bed, desk & chair, larger closet, and 32" TV.

Double Pod Room: Perfect for two, featuring a bunk bed layout, individual 32" TVs, a study desk, and a larger shared closet.

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is open from 2pm until 11pm. Check out is at 11am sharp.

Are bathrooms private or shared?
We offer clean, well-maintained shared washroom and shower cabinets with all essentials. Washrooms and showers are separated by gender.
Is the place accessible?
No, the facility is not wheelchair accessible and may not be suitable for individuals with mobility impairments. There are stairs and other physical limitations that may pose challenges for guests with disabilities.​

Is there storage for personal belongings?
Yes, each guest gets a secure locker for personal belongings. Plus there is a dedicated room to store large luggage.
What amenities are included?
Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, a welcoming lounge area, a large kitchen with comfortable dining area, a study room, private phone booths, locker, luggage storage, fresh linen and towels, and complimentary coffee/tea.

Do you have parking?
Unfortunately, we do not have dedicated parking to our guests, but there are available street parking spots and underground public parking in the adjacent buildings.

What is the maximum stay in the hotel?
The maximum stay allowed is 14 nights. Guests may request an extension at the manager’s discretion; however, bookings can only be made for up to 7 nights at a time.

What is the cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Please note that a processing fee of approximately 4% will be deducted from the total amount paid..

Is there a penalty for "No Show" reservation?
Yes, guests who do not show up for their reservation will be charged the full amount. ​

Is there any age restriction?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay in shared accommodations. Those under 18 may stay in a private pod but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the premises.

Is ID required to stay in the Hotel?
Yes, a valid government-issued ID is required for all guests staying at the hotel. This helps us verify your identity and ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driver’s license, or any official photo identification.

Is pets allowed in the premises?
Due to the nature of shared space and to assure comfort to all guests, no pets are allowed inside the pod hotel.

What are the main restrictions at Pod-Inn Hotel?
To maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all guests, alcohol, smoking, vaping, and partying are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Also, it is important to note that no food or beverages are allowed inside the pods.

Is laundry available in the facility?
Laundry service is available to guests staying three nights or longer. The cost is $20 per use, with a limit of one use every three nights. Service is permitted only between 6:00 PM and midnight.
